Listen- I work in customer service myself so I know how debilitating it can be at times but there is no excuse for unprovoked rudeness.
Was served by a girl who has dark hair thick eyebrows and acne- and she treated me like I was the scum of the earth, glaring me up and down and practically cursing me for trying to buy a a snack at 10.30pm.
I do what I can to avoid coming here even though it is my closest store.

Rude oldish guy behind the counter, was wearing glasses and cap on the day. I asked one question and i was told off to got to the back of queue and buy something if i want cash back, absolutely disgusting service

Just a terrible place to shopNothing seems worth coming to the store. the times are unreliable never know when its open or closed which makes no sense, most but not all the staff seem like they dont even want to be there. Dont seem like the right place to spend my hard earned money at. I usually go to the more expensive convenience store on sauchihall street at least you get a good greating and you know 100% they are open when they say they are.

The entry of the petrol station is knackered big pot holes ,they make million every day but can't fix few pot holes ,if you not careful you'll damage your tyre ... No line between pumps some people think they have special privilege they park exactly between two pump just to prevent others use the pump at the same time .

You are getting worse and worse on your opening times. You are meant to be 24 hour. You sometimes close at 1 AM sometimes close at 2 AM. Normally you open at 6 AM. Sometimes you open at 7 AM.Several times I have tried to access the petrol station and you are closed when you are meant to be open by your staff's times given. Not only fuel but as a taxi driver we also rely on coffee.I will definitely be using you as a last resort shocking service.A company as bigger Sainsbury's should not have fluctuating opening times leaving the customer wondering if they should travel to come and get fuel or coffee.

BIG LIAR! at 12am, I called them to ask if it was open or not, they answered "it depends, why?", then I asked again "is it open? I'm gonna walk there?, and in a curt tone they replied ?we are currently NOT?. It is not 24/7 guys

Absolutely RUBBISH. Rude staff, unfriendly behaviour, above average prices in store and fuel pump service closed mostly during the night. Closest 24/7 fuel station near the busiest part of the town and has such a horrendous service. Wonder why its called 24/7.

As a taxi driver work in westend.thts the only garage which is 24 hurs and can get decent fuel prices.bt night time thy hardly open.tht pump alway shut for good few hours every night. Thy can easliy leave the few pumps open if thy get delivery so people can use atleast self service.its a nightmare.
