Hi I have came to your store a number of times to recycle my bottles, unfortunately every time I?m there it is broken/closed. Can you please advise if these will be getting fixed as I have been driving around with a boot full of empty bottles.
If not are there any other stores that have this facility? I know braehead did but theirs is always broken also.

Cancelled an order last week and was told 3-5 days for refund. Waited 6 days to be td another 3-5 days! Staff rude and abusive on the phone. Won't be shopping here again!

I used sainsbury's petrol station to fill up for a trip down south on the 12th of Aug. they took two payments of the same amount off my card and are saying my bank has to refund it as its not there problem .totally pathetic its most definitely their problem.

love getting vouchers.. but uts a shame you can only use 2 vouchers in the store at 1 time... machine spat 5 out but thankfully the store took the 5 vouchers I had....

There's always a good selection of food available. I love the fact that they have wider aisles than most supermarkets which was a real bonus during the pandemic. And of course the Nectar card is great, points soon add up and you get bonus vouchers at the till. I really like all the Habitat stock that they have now. This is a picture of the freshly made meat feast pizza we had tonight....delicious

The staff are very rude and unprofessional,especially since covid,if they were put in charge of dustbins ,they would think they were God. That's the way there behaving Secondly In never buy meat from sainsburys as it is tasteless,I checked where it came from and found it was from your factory farm.Where the animals are treated barbaric.

A fairly large sainsburys store with Cafe and a clothing section within the store. The store also sells some electricals as with any other supermarket you can find the usual selection of food, newspapers, cd's & dvd/blu-rays.

We used to shop at this supermarket until we realised that Sainbo's (as I call it) is actually really expensive. More expensive than Waitrose, somehow. Maybe that's just me but we used to spend about £70 a week on a shop here whereas we don't spend that much at Waitrose. So yep, this supermarket only gets 2 stars but the reason I've given it a 4-star rating overall is the petrol station. PAY AT THE PUMP. Oh yeh. I love paying at the pump - so handy, so convenient, so simple, so quick. So yep, I don't mind having to get petrol here as at least it's quick in and out.

It's a Sainsbury's just like every other. The staff are always very polite and helpful. It's cheaper in some things and dearer in others.
