The shop on Byres road Glasgow is absolutely awesome. The two staff couldn?t have done enough for me. They went above and beyond to help print an email form I needed printed off. They printed the form off and sorted out all the pages in order making sure every page was there in the right order. I needed two copies they sorted both copies for me. They couldn?t have done enough considering the shop was busy at the time. Many thanks Ladies it was very much appreciated.

Been using this store for years, very helpful staff and a great selection of stationary and admin supplies. Generally, if I need something, they have it in stock.

Rayman was the cheapest place in Glasgow for the boxing robots & the only one was Hillhead so I went there to pick them up & staff went the extra mile when I visited

You have such an awesome stationery shop, with a wide variety, in a prime location, that offers people especially uni students printing services etc, pity about the attitude of your staff. They make you feel like they are doing you the biggest favour to assist you. Please remind them and educate them to know that the customers that purchase from your shop or use your services are the reason they have a job! It doesn?t cost anything to be nice!

You have a lovely young lady working for you. She is in her 20's and she is like a sugar cube. I came here on Thursday and she helped me. She photocopied a lot of documents and gave me a quote and a nice napkin. I would really recommend you to keep such an employee because it is rare to find such employees. I loved the place because of her.

Two blonde women in this shop exhibit disgraceful behaviour to customers. Was 9.15 on a Saturday morning and not another customer in the shop. I patiently waited at the counter for ten minutes while they ignored me. They were rude, obstructive and I was clearly just a nuisance by daring to ask for some help. Please remember that If there are no customers then there is no shop and therefore no job.

Attempted to make a return via Ryman's DHL Service Point. Was told I didn't have the correct paperwork, which (according to DHL) they were meant to print off for me. Was told they could not do that, had never done that and none of their stores did that. I accepted this at face value but suggested they might want to pass information up the chain that this went against what DHL stated. It was made clear to me that this was not something the employee intended doing. Left the store frustrated and confused.
I got home and phoned the next closest branch and was told they absolutely could do that. Frustrated and annoyed.
