Needed photocopying done fast and searched on Google to try and find somewhere close by to photocopy a legal document. The guy who served me was a total legend.....so helpful easy going and couldn't have been any more helpful supposing he tried. Great value absolutely fantastic customer service and although I'd never heard of Rymans I would recommend them a thousand percent. Whoever the young chap was tall dark haired bearded and had a stretched ear was a complete joy to deal with. Thank you! He's a legend!

Depute manager couldn?t have been more helpful this morning when I arrived with a very tricky request. He went out of his way to find a solution to help and managed to within 15 minutes. £4.20 to print 2 sheets of A4... with a £2.50 service charge just for using a USB stick? I even had to show the lady how to find the right drive on the computer

Used the poster printing service, which is done the same day! I needed A1 size and it was easy to send the document over. I didn't realise that they done A4 to A0 printing in store! Will definitely be back ???

I wouldn't normally leave a review for such a big name high street brand (unless something terrible happened!) but after receiving such exemplary service from their store manager, Ryan, I was compelled to write this.
I needed a card made on a Saturday morning for a birthday I was attending in the afternoon - a very last minute idea from my girlfriend and one I regretted the moment I entered the congested city centre circus.
The store was fairly busy too but I explained what I needed to Ryan and after giving me some options (one of which was the actual card making service on their website which we didn't know about - doh!) he set to work like it was only him and me in the shop. Luckily this wasn't the case and there was a very polite and helpful lady working there with him to deal with the usual forgotten office meeting notebook and artsy kid's birthday presents transactions so not even a 3 person queue was formed.
I was presented with my finished product in 5 minutes of selecting the high quality card but pointed out that the image wasn't aligned perfectly in the centre due to the file I had supplied him with. Not a huge deal but one that he had a solution with in a second by suggesting trimming the side with a guillotine, perfect!
Ryan had not only surpassed my expectations he showed me that even on a busy weekend morning in a big chain store, you still get staff who actually care about the customer's needs. Thanks again Ryan, my mate loved it!
