Don't seem to bother delivering things if you're in a close/flat, or they will be weeks late. Always miss a delivery when no one has even buzzed. Post's bundles of letters for a completely different close.

Now closes at 10am not 2pm!. Ridiculous, I can?t even get hold of anyone on the phone. Online my parcel was marked as delivered by mistake but this means I can?t arrange a redelivery!

You can pick up a parcel here, or you can drop one off if you?ve been taken in by the slightly cheaper Tracked 24/48 service that can?t be dropped off at post offices?

Poor customer service, avoid this post office.Waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the till and they cant even post parcels half the time because they have no stamps

Opening hours on google and website haven?t been updated... complete laziness from the organisation and shows a complete lack of care as well as utter disregard for users of the post office! Take seconds to update yet the Royal Mail simply do not care enough to bother doing so for it?s customers! They must think everyone has times to visit their post offices frequently in the hope they actually manage to find one that?s open! And yes i know there is a pandemic you going on but if other companies can have the decency to update these then so should the Royal Mail. If you think putting temporary opening times up in the window of your office is good enough then you are operating out with the times...it?s 2021, about time you update your practises. Beyond poor service!

Opening hours on the website do not match those at the sorting office. This is now the second or third time I have turned up to collect a parcel to find the place in darkeness. The A4 bit of paper in the window with the "current opening hours" isnt even highlighted to catch your eye. Very poor customer service. Went back to collect a parcel today. Closed again. Unhelpful staff.

I received a card last Saturday asking for £3.50 as ?the sender didn? pay the full postage. As I was not expecting a delivery , I did not want to pay without viewing the item first. Pre-covid, I would visit the depot but I decided to phone first to see if this facility was available. I first went on-line to seek information- none on this issue! Then discovered offices open on different days, usually 7-9am. Spent 30 minutes one day with no -one answering and the same today for 30 minutes. I could have been kept waiting on hold all day as far as the Royal Mail is concerned. The postmen are very busy at work- no complaints but the communication systems, especially the phone system are worse than useless . I doubt anyone picks up a phone and the public are left frustrated and powerless. My item will now be returned to sender I presume.I had agreed to spare 2 minutes of my time to complete a feedback questionnaire but was denied this facility as I did not receive the prerequisite of a service. I now have spent 10 minutes replying by this avenue!
