The lack of service I?ve consistently received in this pharmacy is extremely disappointing. On more than one occasion that I?ve had to visit I?ve been left to stand for several minutes while staff walk past me and chat amongst themselves without any acknowledgement of me being there. There?s zero attentiveness or basic respect and had this only happened on one occasion I wouldn?t have left a review but it happens every time I?m in. It got to the point today that I walked out without receiving any service and decided to go to the pharmacy in Garthamlock where they were more helpful and friendly. I won?t be back to this pharmacy.

Always have to return and my daughter-in-law was given her father's medication instead of her own although both have totally different addresses and both medications are really strong, if she took it by mistake it could have been deadly ,

I actually hate going in here only it is near that it suits. But they are so rude and unhelpful. Barely speak to you. I had to collect my prescription after work and rushed to get there before closing, I arrived about 3 minutes before closing and she just looked at me, looked at the clock and begrudgingly got my prescription. Yes I know it was annoying I was there just before closing but i could not have got there any earlier, believe me I tried and I needed the meds for the next day so it was hugely important. You can think inside that it?s annoying but there was no need to be rude about it. I also went with an ear ache the other week before and they just told me to go to the doctors. So unhelpful. I was filling nhs guidelines to go to them first and take pressure off GP practices.
Even my 5 year old said ?they always say come back tomorrow, come back tomorrow? when I was telling my husband about the rudeness. The staff here seriously need to do better.

Staff are great but the only pharmacist that knows what she is doing is Ruth. Other stand ins have NOT got a clue and they turn the phone off. Staff have been short handed and seem to get the brunt of customers dissatisfaction dueTo the pharmacist that is on duty that Day.
