I?ve been coming to Rowlands pharmacy for 12 years and cannot fault the staff for their helpfulness. They are always pleasant and willing to listen. This pharmacy offers a range of services such as ordering of prescriptions and basic medical treatments, avoiding the need to go to the doctor. I?m happy to recommend Rowlands.

Staff are really friendly and polite mannered. Always happy to assist, if something is unavailable within the pharmacy they try their best to get items in for the next day. Have used this pharmacy for many years would recommend

I always have a great experience when I visit the Pharmacy. The staff are super friendly and helpful from the moment I walk in. A big shout out to Haseeb, who always goes that extra mile, always has a smile on his face and is so kind and patient.
In the past I have struggled to find vitamin D drops for my little one from other pharmacies, however Rowlands always has them in for me or ensures they order them in for my convenience.
It's rare to find a pharmacy where customer service is at the heart of what they do, but Rowlands goes above & beyond every time! Thanks guys!

Visited Rowlands Pharmacy a while back and had a great experience. The guy at the till was very knowledgeable and had great customer service. He helped me get what I needed to get and even went above and beyond to make sure that whatever wasn?t in stock was then ordered in so I could come pick it up. Such a neat, tidy and clean shop aswell. Good to see that standards are held up highly in the pharmacy. Would really recommend this place to everyone and also the guy at the till definitely deserves the appraisal.

Brilliant service from Haseeb.
He went out of his way to help me get my daughter?s prescription from out of hours over the weekend. His support and professionalism made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you, Haseeb, for your kindness and excellent service! A true lifesaver.

Came into Rowlands pharmacy and received good experience from staff! Very helpful and the gentleman at the counter offered to help and call round other pharmacies to check availability of my medication! Will be using this pharmacy in the future

Visited pharmacy with my daughter who had a slight rash on her elbow folds, gentleman at the counter was helpful and advised what to use and if symptoms worsened to come back. Was served quickly and efficiently, my query was dealt with would highly recommend. Very friendly and helpful staff.
