Would leave one star if I could. Absolutely the worst laziest incompetent staff I?ve ever had the misfortune of encountering. Spent £170 on clothes online, collected from the till store then left with my paid goods and was dragged back by security as the staff didn?t ?notice me? collect my huge green online bag nor did they ?notice me? walk into the changing room to try them on incase I needed to return any items. Staff then refused to give me the name of the manger or region manager as well as refusing to give me details of who to complain too. Absolutely shocking.

I loved this shop. I couldn't find what I was looking for, but Karen was so helpful and polite and found it for me. I will definately be back.

One of the best River Island stores ive been in. Such a great varied choice of everything. Nice,helpful staff too. A really cute matching dog wear section aswell! Well worth a visit!
