⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Big shoutout to Lusi (hope I spelled that right!) at River Island! She was super friendly, fast, and happy to help – unlike someone else who just told me to go downstairs because this section was for men ?. Lusi made my shopping experience so much better. Heard employees talking about shoes stinking. I can't belive how bad their service was this is unacceptable do not recommend it at all never going again
