Been there 10 minutes before closing time and was refused to be served. Asked just to put an order through from my prescription, been told to go to boots. Won't be back, ever.

Rightdose are useless, the team send emails from registrations and then blame me that I replied to them and not customer service, I bloody dont know what email is what when Im a new customer, they got medications on wrong time, even after I sent an email back confirming, so put morning meds first, so you have to pull off two for that day and then figure out what one you have to take, I got this to help me not make me more confused. Statins and antidepressants are proven to work better overnight than in the day, you think they would take this approach.

Initially had a bad experience here with an emergency prescription but since then have never had any issues. The pharmacist has been helpful when I've asked questions. You no longer have to wait outside unless there's already a queue in the shop (it's a small chemist, so indoor space is limited)
