Only noticeable change after the remodel is that they removed ATMs and there?s less staff to help people. So now the queues are even longer, even if you just need the ATM. Closure of other branches and ridiculous opening times compounds the situation even further.

opening hours are perfectly configured to make certain that visiting is literally always inconvenient. All I need to do half the time is deposit cash, but for some reason those self serve machines are inside the building, and thus useless if the branch is closed. Which it mostly is

My partner went into the branch today for support with a deposit and did not have her bank card thus approached the desk for support.
She was served by a chap called Arek who was first class. He personalised the interaction and made my partner feel welcomed, supported and was treated as an individual with her concerns listened to and addressed.
Arek went above and beyond to support my partner and his approach is the perfect illustration of client service excellence. Arek displayed all the traits one would wish to see from someone performing a client facing role and he should be commended for this!

I LOVEEEE RBS!! The staff are incredible. so Incredible I just spoke with Ewan from Byers Road and he really supported me through getting scammed.
Another gentleman Benjamin helped me book in for a ? financial health check?
If there was merch for RBS I?d buy one. I even went in a few days before my birthday and they gave me a present how sweet!!!!
I?ve been into different branches around Glasgow. It?s shocking how the customer service has been unparallel on every occasion.

Without going into great detail, I went to the RBS Gordon Street branch with a query concerning my account and was met and dealt with Arek. Can I just say that Arek is a credit to this particular branch and it's safe to say that he went above and beyond with his customer service and put me at ease with my query. I'd met Arek a few years ago at another branch concerning my late Mother's finances with the bank and he remembered me from then.
On the other side of the coin, Arek put me through to one of RBS online advisors to help solve my problem, can I just say that the young man on the other end of the phone took an attitude in his tone towards me with my explanation of what I had tried to do online that I had to hang up on him and it'll be a matter that I will be bringing to head office. It embarrassed me, my wife and put Arek in to an awkward position.
Apart from that 10/10 for RBS Gordon Street

Totally helpless. The application online doesn?t work and they are not able to help you to create an account even bringing to probes of address, plus passport and going personally. Too many people working there and anyone can help

Branch along the road from them was closed due to a power cut so was extremely busy. The lady on the floor was excellent at getting everyone attended to
