This is the only gym in Clydebank and people have no other option but unfortunately all the equipments here are old, it looks like they haven?t been serviced for a long time. I don't know why but there are no mirrors upstairs! They can make a good change by adding mirrors to empty walls or even oiling the equipments.

the gym is quiet but very quiet ? no music on . limited mirrors which make gym like warehouse . lots of old equipment and limited devices. only got lots of treadmills

Great wee gym, nice staff. If not top busy has everything you need. Only negative is that it can get a little messy. Benches all over the place downstairs and trash not put in the bin. Not the staffs fault but would be nice if they rotated a bit more and put trash in the bin.
I was there yesterday evening and saw am empty can of monster upstairs by the lat pull down and when I came back thos evening the same can was still there but this time with a another empty bottle beside it. Other than that tho, all good.

Great first experience of going to a gym. I was shown all around the equipment and shown how to use it plus had a little work out too to build my confidence excellent start to my new journey
