What the hell has happened to this store? Used to be when you came in from the inside entrance, it was womans clothes on one side and the mens on the other! Now all the mens stuff has been shoved into the back far away corner and worse, there doesn't seem to be much of it!

I was left with a very poor impression by a rather sharp-tongued and rude saleswoman. This afternoon, I approached her with a dress that didn?t have a price tag and mentioned this to her. Without even giving me a proper glance, she responded in an arrogant tone, saying, ?I am confused.? Frankly, I had no idea what she was confused about?I simply wanted her to provide a price tag so I could decide whether the dress was within my budget and worth purchasing. Primark really ought to train its staff better; it?s disappointing to see people who seem to know so little tarnish the shopping experience for customers.

Staff at Braehead are not very friendly to busy talking to each other and to
busy drinking his juice I shop here quite often and like the shop but staff are not great not the first time this has happened

Great shop, one of my faves! But this is unthought of. Paid for my stuff, two of the items that were scanned and the price that showed up (and I was almost charged if I didn?t notice or mention anything) was wrong and legit twice as much as they said, cost wise (which took an extra 5 mins or so for the guy to get help to fix). And to top it off once I got home an item I paid for was missing and somehow not in my bag? Like how does this even happen? What am I supposed to do go back with my receipt and say an item was missing? How do I even prove that? Dumb.
