I had a racism action . There was a lady security agent with very short hair . She kept following me . Then when I wanted to try clothes I asked her where the changing room is . She faced me with a very bad attitude. Then while I was going to changing room she started to complain about immigrants and how stupid we are with another client . The changing room lady and the self checkout agent were amazing tho . Only that security lady . Racist .

Brilliant wee Primark over 2 floors with ramp entrance into the store and lifts. They have a fab range of everything really from womens and mens wear to kids, home stuff, bedding, luggage and undies. Love this shop because it's not too massive where you do 10,000 steps just to find the next thing on your shopping list but at the same time it does stock loads of stuff. Staff are really helpful and many times floor staff have gone to the back to check for a size that I've not been able to find on the shop floor. All in all definitely worth a visit and loads of places to have coffee and a rest in Sauchiehall St after you're done . Highly recommended.

Pretty reliable store. I managed to get everything I needed from the store for an interview.I feel like walking into any Primark is very chaotic, with the amount of stuff going on around all the time. Cashiers looked exhausted too.

Unfortunately my daughter and I was served by a shop assistant (in her 50's) who we didn't understand what she was going on about, she made no sense attall, didn't stop talking, just chucked the clothes in the bag and seemed to be quite scary to be honest. Was glad to get out of there. Shame though as we enjoyed the rest of the shopping experience with other friendly staff and finding great bargains as usual in primark. I just had to empty and repack the back properly so everything didn't get creased.
