1st time and last time customer.
The 1st person that welcomed us was new and not trained. Wasn?t aware of the offers available so had to get someone else.
The second person was great at 1st got our deal sorted, our food came and the garlic bread was great.
Both our meals were cold so we sent them back. They came back but the chicken in mine was all burnt and I was informed well that?s because you said it was to cold so the chef had to grill it again ! - I expected new chicken not it to be grilled beyond edible.
It was also extremely salty - I can still taste the salt hours later.
This girl when I pointed out it was not good to eat and asked for a new meal was getting quite snappy and quick with her replies and made us feel uncomfortable- not professional at all.
When my food arrived it was another girl serving us and thankfully we didn?t see the 1st one again. This girl was extremely pleasant and professional. I asked if we could possibly move as it was freezing but she politely explained that they don?t control the heating and we are welcome to move but the full area was just as cold, she never got defensive or argumentative like the 2nd person did!
The replacement meal came and was ok although the small portion sizes don?t reflect on the high price.
Honestly is my first and last time I will be in this part of the shopping centre.
The potion was small I?ve had to have food again when I got in. We paid but it was over priced and honestly not worth the money.
I?d prefer to go anywhere other than here.

Just had lunch at Prezzo Braehead
Service was fantastic, Toni was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The sea bass was the best I have tasted in sometime. Would highly recommend.

The food portions was absolutely tiny, you would expect for the price you would get a big portion. I would have needed to measure my meal in millimetres.
The service was ok, but our server didn?t even say anything.
If I could give the atmosphere a 0 I would, the overhanging lights were flickering, you would need a hearing aid to hear the music
If I was the person on earth, and this restaurant was the only one left. Humanity would be gone.

Friendly and welcoming staff, very quick service. Rigatoni Alla Rusticana very tasty indeed. Gianduiotto tiny portion but tasty.

Me and my Boyfriend decided to treat ourself to a lovely Italian cuisine last month and we decided to come here.
It took us abt 10 minutes to be seated when there where only 2 tables that where occupied everything else was chocker, there where only two ladies working and the atmosphere was just so sad. The lady serving us was lovely and I have no complaints for her.
The food however, my boyfriend ordered a large meaty pizza and the crust was incredibly thin almost like paper and the meat was just too much it looked like the meat had just been thrown on and there was barely any cheese on it. The mozzarella sticks were fine but you could tell they weren?t a homemade type of thing. I ordered the chicken Alfredo and it it arrived with barely any creamy sauce you would expect in a Chicken Alfredo dish, the pasta was very hard and the chicken tasted like it had definitely been microwaved.
The price was unreal for two people who got 2 mains 1 starter, water and 2 desserts and it was nearly £70!! Unbelievable. I appreciate what this restaurant does but I do not recommend coming here

Went to Prezzo as a family of 5. The beef burger and carbonara were delicious. Kids also enjoyed their meal. Staff were also Friendly & attentive.

Can't fault this place. Fantastic food, great staff, buzzing atmosphere. Bit pricey for straightforward Italian, but these days it's no surprise.

First visit to Prezzo, menu is decent with lots of choice. We had the Prezzo Burger which was delicious, it came with fries but the portion was small for the price paid. Daughter had the Cheese and Tomato Pizza which she said was lovely.

Service was fine. Can?t fault it. Food is served that quickly you can tell its microwaved or heated from frozen. You can taste it too. Not good given the price point.Expensive, poor quality food. Sad looking garlic bread £5.75 as well, mental prices for what you get.Won?t be returning.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food on offer. Although I felt really disappointed with the speed of the service. The server was lovely, but I got the impression they were understaffed as she was rushed, and she even made this point a few times. They do a number of offers, but advertised offer on boards at restaurant weren't presented as given full price menu when seated, and we had to ask for it. The price of French fries is ridiculous, given the portion size. Priced at a couple of pounds less than the total price of the 3 course children's meal. For a chain restaurant in a shopping centre it was decent. Unfortunately, children are not as forgiving when waiting to be fed.

First visit. Delicious lunch with excellent service. Food was piping hot, very tasty and presented well. Emma deserves a special mention. She looked after us very well, very pleasant and chatty. Thank you.
