I already 'reached out' at the URL they post in reply to any negative review and got absolutely nowhere. Not sure the point of employing people to take feedback when they simply fob you off with stock replies. Shame as this used to be a great brand and my go to place for breakfast and lunch.

A better Pret than others in Glasgow , baked good are often more fresh and the sit in experience is clean , warm and comfortable. Nice view of Byres road and west end life !

The door was open and the light were on, I walked in for my morning coffee. ?We?re not open? hmmmm, well you?ll need to tell your door that. More to the point it was 7:28 and when I googled the opening times as I left with my tail between my legs ?7:30am opening? So I bit the bullet and had a Starbucks from next door, not my favourite place in the world, but they were ?actually open? not just the door.

Horrible establishment run by classist gen x men who are so obviously clinging to their youth through this shop. Please just take that job your mums been offering you for a decade, I promise it's a better move for you in the long run.
