I LOVE this coffee shop!! All the staff are so lovely, however my absolute favourite batista in the WORLD is Danni!! She's so awesome and ALWAYS puts a smile on my face and finds a way to turn a really rubbish day into a beautiful one. Give Danni employee of the month, every month! ???

I went out to have dinner and had the pleasure of meeting Brij. He is truly a kind-hearted individual and definitely an asset to your organisation. I asked him whether this store sent the leftover food to the temporary accommodations near Sauchiehall Street, and he informed me that it is collected from five shops in Glasgow and distributed to charities. I expressed to him how emotional and grateful it makes me feel to know that there are still compassionate and considerate individuals and organisations in this world. Last year, due to unfortunate circumstances. I ended up becoming homeless. I was among those at the temporary accommodation who benefited from the delicious meals delivered to us once or sometimes twice a week. Anyone can become homeless from any background, for any reason at any time. I extend my heartfelt thanks for your kindness; it provided individuals with support during a time when they had very little. ?

I visited today with a friend, not been the best times over the past few weeks, John Rowe who served me, no words, warm, friendly, kind overall incredible, the treatment we received was 100%, shop was busy but service was quick and incredible, John you changed my day with your professionalism, kindness and overall humanity. Thanks for the introduction to the cinnamon crown! Game changer and now my fav! John is what all establishments need on their team, I will see you soon and of course the Crown!! x PS the other team members were full of smiles and chat whilst at the counter so well done to you guys too!

Quick stop here for a bite before heading to Buchanan Station Bus Terminal. Had a Tuna melt and tea. Tuna melt was delicious. Good place for sandwiches, pastries and hot/cold drinks.

Always great at Pret A Manger. Great coffee and the freshness and quality of the sandwiches, etc. is always first class and never disappoints. Some places you go often let themselves down when you go back a second or third time - not Pret! If you have not tried it out yet then check it out next time you are looking for a quick lunch. Pret A Manger - Recommended. ?

Was sitting outside and and was told by bald man both of us had to buy a drink to sit there after my friend had already ordered but sadly I couldn?t afford it so we just had to leave. What a wee freak

Got told to leave Pret as was told by bald man working there that all people present must buy a drink to sit outside of Pret, my friend did not want a drink and so we were made to leave after I had ordered my drink. Ps very rude service

This branch is notorious for bad customer service and I always shrugged it off as they are having a bad day. However last week I went to get a hot chocolate and the girl who served me her name is Monta was extremely rude and she spilled the drink all over. When I asked her for a napkin she pointed at the side where they keep them. The drink tasted of water and was clearly not made correctly I was the only customer there so they were not even busy. They really need urgent customer service training. Never coming back
