We were in Glasgow to visit our son, who lives not far from Pacific Quays. It isn't the Ritz or Claridges, but for the price I thought it was exceptional value for money.Rooms: The rooms were clean and tidy; the bed was comfortable. What more would you want?!Walkability: It is a step, but we walked to St George's Square and to the Kelvingrove. It's not too far from anywhere.Food & drinks: The menu was unimaginative and very little for the vegetarian. But it was warm and the staff were we're friendly and efficient.

Not the best premier inn I have stayed at ,service slow in the restaurant & bar, breakfast below par and should have been hotter as I was one of the first to arrive and not as friendly as I have experienced elsewhereRooms: Standard stuff for a premier inn unfortunately lifts out of order on arrival bit annoying someone had used the toilet and not flushedNearby activities: Not much in walking distanceWalkability: A bit out of the way had to get taxis to find restaurants and bars

I was trying to book for 1 adult and 5 children, but the lady on the phone was quite rude and said no they don't do that. You'd think the family room in hotels would be bigger. Every hotel family room only has 2 adults and 2 kids. Not every family is perfect like that LOL

This is our first visit here,we booked as near the concert hall the armadillo. We booked standard room,it had most of the things that we needed..the room was clean plenty of mirrors large kingsize bed, table had bottle opener attached, only drawback had one large towel for a couple..and only one teabag and sugar and milk, could of done with a couple more but I'm sure they would provide this at the reception...we found out there was a Costa coffee place where we went for a hot chocolate, and vending machines with crisps and juice, the bar was opened to 12.30 we got a drink when we got back from the concert and watched the lovely views...the restaurant shuts at 9.30 we took sandwiches and snacks to our room, also has a comfy chair in the room..we are coming back as got another concert at the end of the year so beware if you book at the weekend the price doubled...we had the breakfast price £9.99 unlimited was it worth it not really, nice dining area plenty to choose but dried up items had to wait for toast only two toasters...food mushrooms looked like tinned, had beans scrambled egg looked powdered, sausages, bacon, black pudding, beans hash browns...only seen fried and scrambled eggs... choices of drinks was good, juices and tea and coffee, fresh fruit..cereals good selection yogurts...pancakes and pastries...but next time we would go to weatherspoons for breakfast...Great stay would stay again...Rooms: Comfortable big kingsize bed, very clean, lots of mirrors, hanging clothes area, shower great and easy to use, supplied body washand hair, hand wash at sink..hairdryer...bottle opener attached to table...tea and coffee in room...Food & drinks: Breakfast had choice but some items didn't taste as good as others...eggs dried up...mushrooms from tin...queues for toast had that after our breakfast would of been ideal with the breakfast...enjoyed black pudding, hash browns,beans,bacon..not keen on sausages that's my preference...yogurts,cereals,pastries..drinks was good and easy to get..tea was good and orange juice nice...

Blood on mattress protector, no wi-fi, toe nails on bathroom floor and no toilet paper. Couldn't get refund as duty managers hadn't recorded my complaints.

Rooms were great, I was here for the con at the crown plaza very easy to get there. They have a Costa on site which was great, The only complaint was that the restaurant staff on our 2nd visit were a bit rude to my group. We had to constantly go find them to ask for allergy menus, ordering and bill paying. I got charged for 2 drinks when I only had one, and generally it just seemed like they were more interested in chatting to each other instead of checking in on the diners.

I went here for a convention, much like many many others. The room was immaculate, the staff were lovely and kind however management didn't want us to wear our costumes for the convention while in the hotel, which made things a little inconvenient. Other than this, a wonderful stay.Walkability: There is a bridge to the other side of the river however this bridge does not have much wind protection, so it can be quite dangerous.
