Great location, plenty of parking spaces. Excellent customer service and the staff so welcoming at check in. The room was with great shower and bath. Bus stop just outside with a regular service to get bus to Glasgow.

Reception area little awkward to get to if you have mobility problems although they do have a ramp. Rooms are up to date with a big tv ,the bed as usual is very comfortable and the shower is very powerful and hot. Road noise is an issue for me on this stay it?s been constant and still got quite a lot of traffic after 10pm. The beefeater pub next door never fails. Food is really nice. Prices reasonable. Even cheaper with a meal deal. 2 courses and a drink and a full breakfast all you can eat. In total 25.99. I have stayed here at least 5 times now and can?t wait till next time.

Very friendly staff, great bed and nice hotel. The Beefeater next door(meal deal with hotel) was excellent, great value for money and the staff were absolutely amazing! A very very warm welcome to Scotland for us embarking on the West Highland Way the next day!

Stayed in 3 premier inns on this holiday. Each time we only had enough towels for 1 person. This is not acceptable. Once can be a mistake but 3 times looks like a directive from management. Very Disappointed.
