Lovely hotel well situated for a stay in

Good relatively central location. Our room was clean, had plenty of space, a comfy bed, central heating/air conditioning worked okay and had a bath and shower. Extra pillows were already provided. There was limited wardrobe or hanging space for a longer stay.Extra tea, coffee, milk is readily available in reception without the need to ask.All staff were helpful, pleasant, looked happy and attentive to me and my wife. The restaurant is nice if basic looking and serves good food. The meal deal is the best value but for the price breakfasts are extensive. The bar/lounge area is inviting and comfortable with a good range of speciality drinks. Prices are very reasonable. You definitely can?t check in before 3pm. Unless you've paid the extra £10 of course. There will be a decent queue on approach to 3pm.There is a room to leave cases if you have more time on departure day.

Stayed in Glasgow for the first time recently. The hotel was excellent, and close to everything in the city centre. Close to both stations too so made it easy when arriving / leaving the city by train.

I didn't stay, just was using the hotel for a luggage drop-off, but had to write a review as the service was so excellent.A lovely receptionist called Colin advised that based on my itinerary , I hadn't chosen the best drop off. While being equally efficient and friendly with everyone checking out on a busy Sunday morning, he rang a more suitable Premier and was able to transfer my booking, then showed me the best way to the alternative. As it happened I'd have missed my connecting train but for his unasked for help.Outside the hotel is a sign that says " People Make Glasgow".So true!

A great two night city break in a vegan friendly hotel. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and surprisingly quiet for a city centre location. The bed was comfortable and we both slept very well. Ideal location in the heart of the city for shopping, theatres, restaurants and sight seeing. We had breakfast both mornings and were impressed with the tasty vegan breakfast options. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful about allergies/vegan options.Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again when visiting Glasgow.Rooms: Quiet, clean, and a very comfy bed.Noteworthy details: Vegan friendly

A great stay. The rooms were clean, fresh and comfortable. We had the dinner and breakfast deal and the food was lovely. A special mention to Emily in the restaurant as she is a credit to the Premier Inn. She was friendly and very professional, nothing was too much trouble for her.The only downside of all premier inns is the policy of paying extra to check in before 3pm. This resulted in a huge queue of people waiting to check in at 3pm with only 1 check in desk manned. Just add a wee bit extra onto every room rate and ditch this crazy policy.Walkability: Walking distance to everything you need in GlasgowFood & drinks: Excellent value
