I needed a good value place to stay for a night before seeing friends. This was really easy to find, plenty of parking too. All staff were so friendly and helpful both on checkin and breakfast the next morning. The room was super clean and of a good size. Great value - and great job - thank you!

So it's OK for a one night trip but not recommended for a longer stay. Housekeeping has to be ordered, which is fine if it were to come, but unfortunately it wasn't the case. Shower defective because the shower head distributed the water in all directions from the hoseThe food in the restaurant is good, but unfortunately as a hotel guest you have to pre-order as there is otherwise no space. Once you manage to get a table, you wait a very long time until you can order. When paying, hand out business cards with all the details for the invoice. Unfortunately, no invoice for the rooms paid for has arrived today, so I'm still making phone calls to get it.

Lovely staff, would especially like to mention Grant and Liz in the Kitchen aswell as our server Monika for all making sure my allergy requirements during this visit was met. The management should be proud of the team they have. Would definitely visit again if in the area

As a Contractor, I go where the company send me. This is the first time I have stayed here, pleasant rooms, mine was nice and warm when I stayed there January 2024, I think I prefer the oil filled radiator to the blown air-conditioning. Food from the inhouse Thyme restaurant was excellent and not overpriced (nice sized portions as well). All the staff that I met were very welcoming and nothing was to much trouble for them. The only downside was (as a Blue Badge holder) the disabled bays were often being used by non-Blue Badge holders, which limited space for those of us who are.I have asked the company to book me in there next time I have to go up to Glasgow to work.Just got back from my second stay there and it's just as good this time around. I have already asked to be booked in there for my next visit. The Company I work for have already booked me in.Note: it is a very busy place don't leave it until the last minute to book if you want to stay here.

I have been staying at the hotel for years now and was always nice to see Danielle's happy smiling face when I checked in was sad to hear she is leaving the company THAT is a big loss !! Whoever takes her position has alot to learn to keep it to her standards. Any problem I needed fixed she would sort immediately others take days to fix ( Kevin/Derek)

In all aspects apart from one it lived up to the high standards and predictable services you'd expect of a Premier Inn. However we were in a ground floor room and every step you took the floor creaked, loudly!

Best 3 star Premier Inn I've ever stayed in.Bed - very comfyRoom - well presented and good tempShower - very clean, it would have been nice to get the height of the shower head a bit higher. But this was my only dislike of my whole stayBreakfast - it's self-service, so the hot food is kept hot under lights ( avoid the eggs they go like rubber ) every else to satisfaction. I think £9.99 is a bit much for it, but I suspect there's a lot of waste doing it like this and would lower costs preparing by taking orders, and also I wouldn't get rubberised eggs
