I was having a private conversation with my colleague while shopping and one of the staff (middle aged, slim guy with short hair) didn?t like what we were discussing, and decided to become confrontational. He totally misunderstood the context of our conversation, with his reaction being totally unprofessional. We were customers, yet he decided to make us feel uncomfortable in the store - what a fool. I won?t be back.

Poundland used to be great but it's pretty bad now, lots of stuff costs more and there are very few staff and the staff that's there hassle you to use the self checkouts. Only one normal staffed checkout open, I certainly don't shop there nearly as much as I used to.

Poundland is no longer just a pound shop it now stocks and sells brand products with prices ranging from £1.50 to £5.00 as well as clothing from pep and co.you can still get food and drinks at £1. The prices are competitive with all the big stores so yet not pop in and see if you can get any bargains

Just like any other Poundland store, if you are on a tight budget and are prepared to shop at your local Poundland Store, a bargain you will definitely find and a friendly service from store Staff! But now they are stocking up for Christmas, now that Halloween is over for another year. . .?????
