Staff very attentive/friendly with excellent service. Highly recommended. Too add after my latest eye/ contact lenses test. I can only say much the same. Received my new glasses within a couple of days. Advice and time taken by the/from the optician was sound enabling me to understand and be aware of eyecare. Thank you.

Had a great visit to see Raj who explained everything really well and helped me to understand what's going on with my vision. Turns out I don't need glasses but the range of frames in store looked very exciting!

I?m such a huge fan of this place. I have been trusting them with my eyeballs for over a year now and the staff are always incredibly friendly and kind, not to mention patient. I always feel comfortable and looked after when I?m there. They always go above and beyond to look after their patients and their customer service is exceptional. Doctors are very good. Knowledgeable, well-educated and very passionate about the overall health of your eyes? I was always really happy with those interactions.Sadly one of the admins they employ has some serious personality and professional deficiencies that will keep me from going back. I had a ridiculously frustrating and insulting conversation over the MOST simple question, leaving me to wonder how they can afford to employ people that speak to customers like we are idiot trash.I don?t know how many times she told me that I didn?t understand what she telling me, but having actually worked in optics for years and done her job, I understand enough to say: it?s not that hard. It?s also not that hard to be professional and just like, a normal human-level of polite if not genuinely kind and helpful.Long story short, I went to Costco and got exactly what I needed with zero fuss/hassle/degradation, paid £5 less, and left with a hot dog. Just go to Costco. You don?t even need a membership!

Pinder Eyecare is brilliant! I?ve been going since I was 5 years old. I?m 32 now and I?ve just been back yet again, they are great! Friendly, welcoming and so helpful! The whole team from reception to the optician were so nice and professional. I always feel confident choosing new glasses and getting advice. Optometrist had a good knowledge of how certain health conditions and medications could be affecting my vision and the price range and choice with regards frames and lenses are suited to every budget. Glasses were ready within 5 days and were perfect.Genuinely no issue with the service at all

Pinder Shawlands are literally heroes for me, specially the optician Jennifer who found that something was not right with my vision due an optical nerve damage, which affected my peripheral vision, and sent me to hospital for an operation that saved and stop the damage going forward.
