I called to ask about a cat product, and the assistant checked to see if in stock. The person I spoke to was very helpful and was able to help with my query. They left it at the till with my name on it. I am very pleased with the service provided.

Stay away if you think your dog may go into the season. My dog went into season days before her appointment, waited two months for an appointment, and would have had to wait another two months for another appointment, as they refused to take her. Very unhelpful staff.My dog was a pup; we had no idea. They said they couldn't guarantee her safety.

It's alright. The amount of people buying that dry nasty feed for there pets. If you feed your pet dry food. Then u shouldn't have the animal FULL STOP
raw food only for your dogs and cats ???????
