I can't speak highly enough of the team at this pets at home store. I went in with my big boy Rufus today as I had found numerous ticks on him. I got the best advice and help from Elaine, I hope I remembered her name correctly, who advised me to go to the Groom Room, who couldn't have been more wonderful. The Groomer there, whose name sadly I didn't catch, removed several ticks, which I had found really difficult to get and was charged only £3. Then Elaine helped me again find the right treatments for his follow up and was just so kind and efficient, he also loves his Lemon toy that he got with his Pets at Home voucher. Can't thank you guys enough for all your help today. One happy Rufus!!! I'd give more stars if I could.
