“I SOLD H&T a very precious coin, as I had lost my bank cards and my only famialy was in hospital with a double brain tumours.As I said I SOLD H&T the coin, they hold legal title.I wrote to H&T and explained that I had regrets at my circumstances, and they have been kind enough to convert a SALES contract into their standard loan agreement.They have been more than kind and understanding, most especially Mary who works in Springburn H&T and the area manager. Not only were they kind enough to refuse a higher offer. The coin had been moved offsite, as I had sold it. Ironically Mary tryed to convince me to pawn it in the first place.I have also had dozens of other transactions with H&T, in many occasions with no problems.I just never expected to show so much charity, kindness and understanding. I cannot be more greatful”
