Ordered 2 cans of juice in with the large chippy box got the large chippy but but did not get the 2 cans of juice when phoned up the attitude that I got was very unacceptable and then found that the two 2l bottles of diet irn bru I purchased was 4 months out of date when tried to phone again about it no one would answer the call when phone a couple of date later and says they two 2l bottles of diet irn bru was out of date all they could say was nothing we can do now u should a phone when receiving the order when say I did but no one answered the attitude was very unprofessional will be reporting to trading standards and also reporting to environment health as they should be checking all there stock before opening

Waited ages for 2 portions of single fish, when it did arrive it was cold and greasy, there was more batter than fish. Won't be using them again

So aye, a guy came into the shop last night n nipped out after ordering a sausage supper n two pickles, but he never came back... Yeah, that was me.
Yeah £9 for a sausage supper n 2 pickles is wild man... I went out to the car cause I needed another quid but a wee voice in ma head says "DRIVE AWAY"
Sorry man but not only was the food expensive but it looked humdingin... The sausages were in a portion container, in the counter heater.. Nothing else available.. just those two sausages in the cardboard tub looking like late night leftovers... Chips looked grim too.. pure bricks. The pickles seemed to be the most appetising part of it all, but £9? ? Mental..
****Maxims in Dalmuir ? went and ordered the same there and they asked for only £6.60... food was bangin too..
Bet they were only open at 9:30pm cause that Paul guy was like:
"right hen, ye can go up the road as soon as a sell these two sausages, somebody must want thum"
..she was dead nice aswell so I feel kinda bad for takin the hit n miss (hence the 3 stars for customer service) but it's gotta be said.. That Paul guy blasts his movies quite loud behind you on a some wee telly n I thought he was staring into ma soul but realised he was just tuned inty the telly.. I asked "Is there much ready?" N he was like "Aye" but theres nothing in the heater.. am thinking "if he whips oot just two random steak pies fae under the counter am gonna fold err laughin"
But he's like "av got sausages" like he had an insane abundance of variety..

Fed up asking for salt and vinegar, and they just ignore you, chips bone, dry, asked for sauce etc, that's 3 times, done, it, half meal wasted, because didn't add anything for flavour, chippy ain't cheap either ?

Waited 25+mins for a kebab. Paul took our order and went back to work. Told us it would only be a little longer after waiting 20mins. Kebab meat is deffos from a frozen supermarket won?t be back, quality just wasn?t there.

The stress & anxiety been all over place since I ordered on Wednesday as thy forgot my daughter juice & she not stopped going on Abt it & driver said ur 5 yr old daughter said it was ok & I said yes but I listen to me I'm the adult & told u I wanted it he said he would pop out with it when he had a min so coz my 5 yr old heard him say tht she been stressing me out going on Abt it but me my friend & family order from here but can assure you none of us will order again so thy have just lost 5 customers in total thought they would have offered some free food or something coz the stress I've went through since wed night but no they just laughed at me on fone

Been using pauls for years. The Staff are always really pleasant and helpful,more often than not,youre guaranteed a good blether when you're in. Love the burgers, literally just finished one haha thoroughly enjoyed it as always.
