“Thank you Grant and team for sorting out my issue! I had four new tyres put on at National and they were incorrectly balanced and all inflated differently. I complained to Halfords customer services and their customer services manager said to me that it was a small issue! I had asked them for a good reduction in a major service for compensation as I had had to go to my local tyre fitters where i was going to get an alignment and it was there that they told me i was completely un ballanced and it was not an allignment issue. National offered me a price that was still more expensive than other garages and then once I thought I had sorted with customer services manager, it seemed he had offered me the bare minimum. To cut a long story shortish...Grant listened to my experience with empathy and sorted out my car swiftly and cheaply and turned the bad situation around. She is now running fantastically. I would visit this branch again in the future. Thanks again for the way you handled it.”
