Today I went in at a bit of a loss to shop for a bracelet for a friend - and came across potentially one of the most friendly and superb sales assistants in retail.
She took care of everything for me and I left with exactly what I was looking for. Already pointed out the amazing efforts of SARA to the store management (who were also very kind and receptive) - but this deserved a great review.
Go Sara! They?re lucky to have you!!
Won?t go to any other branch in future.

Visited today to choose wedding day earrings for my daughter. Marc was fantastic help and found the perfect heart earrings for the big day! Marc also got me a chair which was very kind. Lovely customer service Marc...thank you.?

Excellent customer service today 18/7/2024. I bought a ring back at Christmas time from the inverness store and the stone came lose and fell out, I went in to the Braehead store as I was down this way visiting family to see if it could be repaired. I showed my receipt and I was given an exchange straight away. The girls were very helpful and pleasant. A*. Thank you.

New store is beautiful! Mark who helped me in store today was amazing. Didn?t have the right size of bracelet I was looking for but recommend an even better one. Put my charm on my bracelet and showed me around the new store. An asset to this team , experience was great!

Didn't have one of the items I was after as was out of stock. Tried several times to reserve the item for click and collect but still no stock after 3 weeks, quite disappointing.

Absolutely shocking as I had purchased 2 charms for a 50th tonight ,also had to have the correct amount of cash as they never had change wth, drive 17 miles home open boxes no charms so have to drive another 17 miles to get charms from shop as their phones don't work either get there explain situation and worker starts sniggering,just said I don't find this funny as its cost me 4 trips so that's 68 miles in total I'm not blaming workers here as I think this is down to poor management and even worse training as they said this has actually happened a few times let's see how many of my 4 million views so far get to see this review ,don't think I will be back in a hurry thanks for really messing up 1 of the few days I get off as I ended up stuck in traffic if yous can't see how much of an inconvenience this experience was for me then I suggest yous think outside the box, I really hope this review will make yous reassess your training for newstarts

Enjoy going here with my little girl as I know the staff here will help her so much with what she's after. They are very accommodating and very patient with younger kids who don't really know what they want. Very reasonably priced aswell

Was In braehead shop today for only a look but my daughter absolutely had to have the avengers rocket charm!! We were served by a girl named Amy and can I just say I wish every shop had a sales assistant who was as pleasant and welcoming as she was, served with a genuine smile, it was such a pleasant experience for us, I think everyone is so quick to leave a bad review but I wanted to leave credit where it was due so Thankyou Amy for your assistance!
