Fantastic customer service, my bracelet had broke and I went in to see if it could be repaired. It couldn't be repaired and with no quibbles or question they replaced it with a brand new one. I've bought a lot of pandora and with service like this I'll never hesitate to buy in the future x

I visited here to return a pair of sliver hoop earrings bought for Christmas. The assistant who's name I never got bit had Lovely black hair and wore the same silver hoops earrings as me was Lovely, She also took the time to tell me about the current offer that was on a Free charm with purchases after spending a certain amount. She was Very Helpful and had Excellent Customer service as I was returning an item that became Faulty . We exchanged our Love for the earnings and the matching Lovely Heart set bought along with 2 other necklace and earring sets bought as Christmas gifts. I would recommend The Glasgow Forte branch of Pandora. Thankyou for making my shopping experience a Pleasure Xx

Was initially told off for looking round and told to stand and wait, thankfully another member of staff came on sales floor and was friendly and helpful, helping me complete my purchase.Shame all the team aren't as welcoming. I probably would have left had I not wanted a specific purchase.

Delighted with the service I received in the pandora store at Glasgow fort today. I was served by Donna Ann and she was so friendly and helped sort out my charm bracelet. I never mentioned at the time but the charms have a lot of sentimental value and I'm over the moon I can now wear my bracelet and show them off again. Thank you so much for your help and I hope you get some recognition.
