I went into the Fort Pandora shop last night looking for a ring that has been sold out online for a good few weeks, I have previously been into other Pandora shops looking for this ring, a lovely young girl Mia approached and asked could she help me, I explained and she started checking right away for the ring, the Fort did not have the ring she immediately started checking for other shops, sourced the ring in East Kilbride, took my number and phoned me this morning to say they have put both sizes away for me, Mia phoned me this morning before the shop even opened, thank you very much Mia, you are an absolute credit to the shop and I will defo be back to the Fort Pandora ?

I went in today with what I thought would be a strange query. I was served by Chelsea who gave me five star service! They were able to answer all my questions and more. The store was spotless and everyone had a smile on their face. I am so glad I popped in and cannot wait for my pandora collection to grow

I honestly don't even know what to say I felt so overwhelmed and it takes me alot to feel like This
I was in store today and I have never felt so much sales pushed on me ever I only stepped foot in the shop and felt like I didn't even have a minute to look.
I had a special moment with my little girl engraving a charm and honestly didn't feel like a nice Moment was honestly a really bad experience. Sales sales sales ( and I've worked In alot of sales think you need to train. Your staff to be approachable at first then sell
It's really put me off going in.

Absolutely disgusted by the customer service at the fort on Sunday 10th march ? Was in wanting to buy 2rings and the girl was rude to me and uttered under her breath because I asked her to look for the ring I tried on earlier , she was trying to have an argument and raised her voice in front of a shop full of customers ?so I just left completely embarrassed with my mum , we were looking to spend quite a bit of money . Appalled ! Glasgow fort Pandora needs to employ people who want to help and do their job !! I am mortified !!!

From my experience the click and collect service on the run up to Christmas was an absolute disaster. I waited on a confirmation text after purchasing my jewellery and it never appeared. Decided to visit the shop to enquire for any update later that day. Was advised it hadn't been picked yet and to visit shop again the following day (Christmas Eve). Received text later that night to advise me that my order was cancelled as item was not in stock.Totally understand that the service is naturally going to be busier at the run up to Christmas, however if the item is not in stock then it shouldn't be possible to purchase it on the pandora website. Whole day wasted chasing up a piece of jewellery that wasn't available in the first place.

Can you give negative stars?? Went in the shop looking for a few charms as a present to a god daughter. Looked around and picked a couple through the glass. The couple of ladies you were in front of us did the same. Asked about some Disney charms got a tray out and got service? we weighted and then I was asked if I was being served. I told the young woman I was not and that I was interested in a couple of the charms.. was immediately then told there is a que that I would have to join and it was not that long. The previous shop I was in was an actual jewellers and the experience was very different? was the fact that I was the only male in the shop a factor?? Or do they just employ younger people who don?t understand how to deal with a customer.. avoid at all costs there are another 2 of these shops in the glasgow area

Chaotic in the shop, two queue system set up one for buying in store and one for click and collect. Lack of staff to deal with both queues. Staff generally running about with no direction of what to do. Till system horrible set up in the middle of the store something pandora as a company needs to address and change the layout.Will probably just order online and deliver to home in future. Did not enjoy my experience in store.
