Really good coffee and delicious food and pastries. Love how the kitchen is in the middle of the cafe but no shouting orders etc. The staff serving the tables did seem a little bit stressed though

I was up from London and was told to visit here
Really cute cafe meets restaurant. Love the aesthetic, exposed brick, nice interior and open kitchen so you can see everyone at work
Came by myself but will come back when I'm next here because the menu bangs!
Quality food with attention to detail. I got the Jerusalem artichoke soup with sourdough and a side of scrambled eggs + house smoked mackerel
Soup was delicious, rich but not overpowering!
Overall experience was good. Loved the vibes, will definitely come again

Fantastic coffee, pastries looked great but I didn't have one. I had the porridge and that was done well.

Nice pastries, not particularly cheap but big and very tasty so get what you pay for.

Just had a flat white and a beef shin toastie at Outlier. Absolutely outstanding! Busy, but a really nice, friendly vibe about the place. Highly recommended.

Great coffee and wonderful scrumptious pastries and sweets.

Good bakes and food. Coffee isn't as good as some other local coffee places. I feel that sometimes the coffee can be good but sometimes it can be bitter tasting.
Service can be slow at weekends but I guess that is too be expected when it is so popular!

Toasties are really good. I ordered beef chin and leek with cheese. Coffee is average but so many people ordered takeover and the queue was around 10 mins when it's crowded. The cleanliness is one of the concern if you're hygienic, the bakery are placed at a little lower towards knee-height by the counter, but they are really good and freshly baked.

Unfortunately a bad experience for us
Having been here a few times before and it being ok
However this time the service was awful the staff we interacted with bar one person who apologised for the bad service the rest were totally rude we were made to feel like an inconvenience for asking for sugar and cutlery! One meal was forgotten about no apology the fact the server didn?t notice was surprising. Poorly trained unfriendly staff that acted as though they didn?t want to be there .
The coffee was served cold we were told by the guy that?s how they serve it ? Never been served a cappuccino cold before .
The place was literally full of dogs 6 in total when we were there this morning.
We witnessed 2 Irish wolfhounds licking the cakes and pastry?s at the low counter at the entrance so if you got the ones from the front bad luck they had been slavered on !
The two dog owners totally oblivious as were the staff . If you allow that many dogs into an eatery at least cover the cakes and pastry?s it?s basic hygiene.
The whole place stunk of dog .
Weird atmosphere filthy toilets can safety say will definitely not be back.
Most overrated place in Glasgow

Came here since I was in Uni, two years ago! It?s used to be a lil coffee spot for me, Love to spend time here. It?s becoming a brunch restaurant and sometimes hold some special events at night as well! Such an amazing place ?

Came here for dinner and I can not express how amazing this place was , every bite was incredible, not quite like anything I?ve experienced before, I advice you come in a group and order a bit of everything and share because every dish on their menu is a must try
