One Stop Properties managed a rented out property for me for three years. The full experience from start to finish was nothing short of outstanding. Every member of staff is so helpful and friendly. The communication is fantastic and they have high standards of property management. They are generally just a great team of people who go above and beyond to make it easier for clients.

Often the process of renting a property can be a stress like none other - however, OSP certainly know how to prevent that. I was fortunate enough during Covid to come across a flat I adored and throughout the process OSP were on hand to ensure the application moved without a hitch.Not only are OSP strictly by the book, you always know where you stand with them whether via call or email they are on hand to sort any issue from broken appliance to changes to a lease. During my time with them I was grateful to deal in particular with Frances, Melanie and Kirsty who always understood any issues I flagged and managed them efficiently and professionally.

Stayed in a flat from one stop for 2.5 years, they were brilliant from start to finish. Kirsty was great at sorting out a leak in the flat. Would definitely recommend, by far best experience I?ve had with a letting agent.

I have been renting with One stop properties for 2 years, and the staffs were always good with communication and polite. They are professional and helpful, and will always try to get back to me as soon as possible within business hours. I have had a very pleasant experience, would definitely recommend renting from them.

As a first time landlord I really appreciated the professional, efficient and friendly way the One Stop Properties team guided me through the process of preparing the property for letting and securing a tenant. Throughout they told me what they were going to do , and did it when they said they would. I couldn?t recommend them more highly.

Staff were always really helpful and friendly & responses to any queries or issues were always prompt. The team are great, but Jack & Kirsty in particular were always brilliant to deal with. Really friendly, but also really helpful. We really appreciated their communication and keeping us up to date with progress of repairs etc.

I've been renting a property via One Stop Properties for over 3 years and they have been professional and helpful throughout my tenancy. They have done everything you could possibly expect from a letting agent, been extremely good at communicating and are very professional and above board in all their interactions. Nowhere on the ad or the website does it say 'no pets' for this property.I book a viewing, I mention to the guy showing me round that I have pets. He has no idea.I call up the office afterwards to apply and mention I have pets only to be told patronisingly "you should've mentioned this beforehand"Put it on your ads. You've wasted my time and your own time, being told off as if it's my fault for not mind-reading is the icing on the cake.Edit: information privilege to me? Deeply saddened that my time was wasted but saying it's my fault? How unprofessional.The requirement for no pets was privilege to you. Put requirements on your ads. Simple. Like all the competent letting agents.'it varies from property to property' so you don't mention it in any adverts? Other things that vary from property to property are bedrooms, bathrooms, location...you've mentioned them.Good luck to anyone renting through you.

I have no hesitation in recommending One Stop Properties. They managed our property for some nine years and that speaks for itself. They arranged reliable tenants, responded quickly and efficiently to every request from us or our tenants, carried out all routine inspections and reported any issues. They have a great knowledge of the rental market in the area.Each and every one of the staff is friendly and pleasant and it has been a pleasure dealing with them over the years.

I have been with One Stop for 5 years at a flat they manage, and had a great experience with them dealing with everything in relation to my lease flat. Kirsty Olgive and Melanie Gibbons were always very sweet and quick to respond to inquiries or issues, either by email or phoning. There were never any major problems, and I really felt like they cared incredibly for their customers. I would highly recommend them for any future property management or lease situations.

I purchased my new property in Glasgow in 2007 as part of a modest but expanding portfolio.i contacted a number of Management Agents in the area; the majority of them were indifferent about the service that they were prepared to offer but One Stop Properties immediately came across as a company who were hungry to prove that they would go above and beyond my expectations.They have been partners with me in the truest sense and it wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that they were custodians of my investment.i sold the apartment in June 2021 but during the fourteen years that One Stop Properties were entrusted with my property they have sourced reliable tenants, undertaken regular inspections of the property, handled any repairs and/or maintenance that was required, guided me with advice on any number of issues and even helped me with the disposal of the apartment.i have no hesitation in suggesting that based on my lengthy experience of dealing with them One Stop Properties have to be regarded as the premier letting agents in the city of Glasgow.
