Awful customer service on 24/12/24, assistant was very unhelpful, she had a terribly cold attitude wasn?t interested in sorting out my issue, manager wasn?t much better ! Assistant shouted sarcastically ?merry Xmas? knowing that I wasn?t able to collect my sons Apple Watch fo Xmas day!

Quick fix for my sim not working after switching to O2. Initial fix wasn't possible because I'd only just switched provider, but a few days later they were able to resolve the issue very quickly with a new physical sim.

Very poor service, think it was because I was leaving O2 for another network, I would never use this shop again. O2 in East Kilbride is so much better.

Went in yesterday as having trouble with my sim and phone number. Guy was busy but I explained the problem to the lady working there. Told me straight away there was nothing she could do and to phone customer service, she could not care less. Phoned the number and all the guy told me to do was reset my phone and network (he was lovely). Complete waste of time going into store; she could have sorted my problem in under a minute. Useless.

Came Into the shop on Sunday. 21st July. KIRSTY. gave excellent service but we were running out of time. I offered to come back tomorrow.
So
Today I returned, Monday 22nd July after work, a 25 mile drive. Kirsty was busy , said hello and remember the deal and product i was buying, she asked a male colleague to complete what she started. His first words to me were , what now, we close in an hour. His first words to a customer. They actually closed in 75 minutes . I said her service was 1st class. His was diabolical, rude, unfriendly. Lost the sale .
What a poor service and what a great girl. She was horrified
Never to return. Too many phone shops to have this negative attitude to customer

Kerry was amazing today, talked my husband through everything when setting up a contract & new phone for him. She also transferred all his data from his old phone to the new. When you're not a 100% techy, it's good to have someone that will keep you on the right track.

There is a very rude person who works there called Rabia. I am an old customer with O2 and I have always got contracts from them, my phone broke down and I don?t have access to anything. I went down looking for an upgrade plan I have my id and everything and I know all the details of my account. So she started to complain that I have to get my broken phone fix it and confirm it is me haha so I just left this joke and I went to 3 and got a contract from them. If you see this person in store avoid her at all costs she is evil and she actually looks at people as if we work for her. No experience in customer servicing at all. I hope the manager will take this review into consideration.

Had to raise complaint against process within shop, which I was told by the manger was addressed. Shop staff unable or unwilling to fully assist. Too ready to get customers to phone their helpline. Sorry won?t be back or recommend.

I have been with O2 for years and never had an issue. I did have a query I wanted to discuss and went over. If it's busy, they will allocate you an appointment time, and you can either go away and grab a coffee or go browsing, but on this occasion, there was only a couple in, so I was attended to right away. The assistant was very clear and helpful, and resolved my issue in 5 mins! Good old O2!

Not shop?s fault but phone blocked, bill paid over 2 weeks ago, chat says phone 202, 202 automated says no arrears, then pay now. Website shows 17p credit. Twitter and messenger useless. Full day without calls on ONLY day off! Sent all texts, web snapshots etc of payments and payment ref number. Utter abuse on private twitter hence calling out the shops. Please explain this last conversation on your chat?So I checked that the bill has been paid and there are no arrears on the account, I would've been glad to help you remove the bars, the system will not let me to place the request. Even if I go ahead and try to place the request for you, the request will not go through as it would be rejected automatically by the system. Even if I couldn't place the request for you, our Payments Team can. You can just call our Payments Management Team and they'll make the necessary arrangements on the account so that you can pay the bill as per your convenience and use our services consistently?
