I?ve had various long term problems accessing my O2 app. On Sunday I visited the Braehead shop and was helped by Ross. His patience and skill solved the issue and at long last I can see my O2 account details. Thank you so much Ross your help was greatly appreciated
I?ve had more problems with my iPhone. This time I couldn?t get emails due to password issues. The VM help line and Apple Store could not help but again 02 came to my rescue. I can?t tell you how much effort and skill that Stephen put in to get me up and running again. What a pleasure, and relief, it was to be helped by this amazing, pleasant and talented young man. Nothing was too much trouble for him and I am so grateful.

We had a tricky problem solved by a fab young lass with blonde hair. She listened attentively while we explained the issue, was able to help us, and pointed us in the right direction for further assistance.
She was very pleasant and patient, with excellent customer service skills.

My Wife and I visited 02 Braehead on Monday 26th May,we felt from first contact that the person we dealt with could not be bothered with us,he did not give us his name.He was in his 40s,bald with a beard.We had a software issue with our phone,he spent a couple of minutes trying to fix the issue, to no avail.He said for us to visit The EE shop in Buchanan Street,Glasgow and their Samsung engineers would fix the issue.We went to EE In Glasgow today,Tuesday 27th May.The person we saw said that the engineers only dealt with hardwear and we would have to go on line.What a waste of time and effort.Graham Black

My wife has had a pretty poor experience in the shop today. Messed around with appointments. Advised by staff different information. Either can or can't transfer data from damaged phone to new phone. Still don't know.Won't be back
