After changing our mobile and broadband provider to 02 we received our 02 SIMs. We had difficulty doing it ourselves. We went into The Fort shop yesterday. William was very helpful and friendly and got us sorted out. Excellent service.

We visited this store on the 22/03/2025.
Ian was our assistant and couldn?t have been more helpful. He put a package together
which suited both my partner & I as we were upgrading our phones.
He explained any issues we had.
Excellent customer service.
However my new phone doesn?t seem to be working properly so we will back soon.

I?ve visited the store a lot over the past week as my son?s account had been hacked by fraudsters. It was a very stressful and complicated situation to navigate with a lot of back and forth, but luckily got resolved in the end. I?d just like to say a huge thank you to William who works at the store as he went above and beyond to get this resolved for me. Great customer service and just a dead nice guy so credit where it?s due!

Amazing service! Want to say big thank you to Reece, young man who very quickly did everything I needed in about 10 minutes. Opened new contract, direct debit, transferred my current number from another operator. I was prepared to waste one hour to do all that - but magic happened and in 10 minutes I walked out with my new Sony phone. :-)

I was served by Talitha today, i was looking to switch my phone over with o2 switch up. She couldn?t have been any nicer and had an amazing vibe to her, I don?t normally post reviews but her customer service was great and she was so kind, i really appreciate it
although i didn?t interact with any other staff all the team seemed great x

Good at taking payments for phones and contracts but don't be too hopeful about getting any technical issues resolved. I wish I had gone elsewhere.

Went to the store as I wanted to upgrade my phone and contract. Dealt with William, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He took me through all the plans I could have and helped transfer everything from my old phone to the new one (thanks for letting me wait in store!). Happy to recommend this store.

Great experience yesterday in this branch. The two young guys bent over backwards to help me set up my new phone and transfer stuff for me despite my phone being really old. They preserved and we're very helpful and friendly. After disappointingservice from other phone shops I'd tried, I'd highly recommend these guys.
