Horrendous experience manager mark has serious issues he needs to deal with!! Jumps about like jack lad!!! A made a complaint about his behaviour totally humiliated me! Hope to see him out with forge seems to be all woman he treats badly!! Wonder what that?s about would never go back near store and will be leaving 02 when contract ends and I have been with them for years!!! Never meet a so called manager like him!!!

I don?t normally like to things like this on social media. But I am absolutely disgusted at the way my mum was treated on Saturday in the O2 shop Parkhead forge. On Friday she noticed that her bank account had been hacked and some scumbag has ordered a brand new iPhone 14 pro max on her O2 account. She done the correct thing contacted O2 and they advised her to go into a store to speak to someone. So on Saturday she went down to Parkhead forge to the O2 shop hoping to get this sorted. She went into the store and the first person to help her was about as much use a chocolate teapot. He asked for her bank account details etc and they weren?t on the system. She advised the guy that she was reading them directly from a bank a statement so they couldn?t be incorrect. The manner in which she was spoken to was degrading she was made to feel stupid and so small. Upon leaving the store someone in the store sarcastically told her to have a nice day to which she responded to frustrated. The manager then stepped in and told her in a forceful manner to leave the shop a number of times and he wouldn?t have her speaking to his customers and staff in that manner. But what about how my mum was spoken too. She had over £200 stolen from her bank account, she was unable to use her phone due to the scumbag ordering a new iPhone on her account and the shop done nothing to help her. Thankfully my sister picked her up and they both went to the O2 store at Glasgow fort where the guy who was called Conner couldn?t have been anymore helpful within minutes he had located all her details cause he remembered the iPhone that?s been ordered and managed to fix her phone. I work in customer service myself and if I ever spoke to a customer the way my mum was spoken to on Saturday, I?d be sacked. Disgusting

I never get tired of giving the 5 star because that is the treatment you get when you visit. Great staff and got my issues resolved and in good time too.

Went in to the store just to browse on the new iPhone 11pro & possibly upgrade , after being dealt with the store manager who was fantastic with taking the time to sit & chat & talk through options & phones , we were then left in the hands of Lisa another store colleague, who was absolutely amazing , firstly she was extremely funny , friendly & new her products wellsuffice to say I left with a new series 5 Apple Watch which I?ve thought about for a while so thanks to her I have 1 now & I am waiting to collect my new iPhone on Tuesday.I would recommend this store to anyone, they don?t do hard sell but what they do is make you feel comfortable & relaxed & in a great mood when you leave , Lisa was fantastic & a credit to the store

Was really happy with the service i received from everyone in the store. Got me a phone I really like, on a great deal.What I was being offered would have been a better deal than I had already but I was then told, on account of my job I was eligible for a 25% discountCouldn't be happier.

Great service from the staff in the forge. Didn't expect to get a new phone but showed how me how easy it was to leave Vodafone. Love my new S10 and the deal was great using because of my NHS discount. Definitely getting the whole family to come across to o2.

I went in to see about a new contract and to see what the deals where like. I spoke to the store manager Gregg and I explained to him what it was I was looking for and to be truthful he wasn't listening to me at all the service was terrible and I left. I would like to put it out there not to shop in this store because of the terrible service I got. I defo will not be back in that store at all. I ended up going to EE and got a new contract with alot better service . I would like to leave this review just so other people understand the service is so bad. I also are going to write a letter of complaint to head office.

Purchased the new samsung s10plus from this store. Everyone was very helpful/approachable/professional. Taking into account everything I was looking for they got me the best deal they could. Couldnt thank them enough. ???
