This is our home gym and we really do love it! The staff are friendly, things are kept clean, and lots of equipment so even if it?s busy you can still do stuff!

Don't go there expensive,staff is rude and not worth at all and pool was so dirty I found to toe nails and a tooth and most of the time the pool was closed because someone pee in it and if your not it the pool the vending machines are broken when try to buy water and everything is so dirty and damaged not what I expected out of this expensive gym and staff would shout at my kids for super little things like tapping mistakenly throwing the beach ball to far and out the pool.

Falling apart at the seems and the cleanliness isn?t exactly what you?d expect from a £75 per month gym. Nor is the ?member experience?. Clusters of staff standing chatting, drawing eyes off any member who may well try approach them for help. Dare to ask a question and you will be lectured by one of them. Cannot stress enough how hostile the staff here are, it seems to get worse on every visit. That said, there are certain members who are clearly welcome and are frequently to be found chatting with the staff in their clusters. There?s perhaps another tier of membership I wasn?t informed of upon joining, the one that buys you some respect and civility?If you like a dated, filthy gym with appalling changing facilities and enjoy being spoken to like you are utter trash then join Nuffield Minerva Way! Otherwise, I?d say steer well clear and take your hard earned cash elsewhere.

I've visited Nuffield Health West End to start using swimming pool a bit more and get used to the water as wanted to take lessons. The last time I've left there my swimming costume in the shower and ear plugs. That was at the end of the night and called them in the first thing in the morning to get my stuff back. They said my stuff is not there.. I spoke with a supervisor who was making fan of my name asking me 6times how to spell my first name then hanging up. I think the customer service is patronising and not helpful at all. They have not even tried to look for my stuff even though I knew exactly where I left it.

I?ve had a really disappointing experience at this gym due to the unprofessional and hostile behavior of a staff member. I was confronted in an aggressive and condescending manner over my membership, despite having everything properly set up. Instead of resolving the situation professionally, I was spoken to rudely and even threatened with being removed from the building.
This isn?t the first time I?ve encountered this kind of treatment here, and it?s clear that certain members are not treated with the same level of respect. No paying customer should have to deal with this level of hostility. If you?re looking for a welcoming and professional environment, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
