Absolutely appalling customer service. Very rude staff. Only go in for a parcel collection occasionally but it?s enough to warrant a bad review on here. If you can avoid collecting your parcel from here please do.

Rude staff. I dont usually go out of my way to make negative reviews, but the rudeness of the staff, which plenty of others have pointed out, made me feel it was necessary. It takes more effort to be rude than to just show a little bit of decency.

As someone who has lived in the area for decades, this shop is the worst place to go to. Rudeness from most of the staff and some do not know what they are doing, especially when it comes to Evri collections. I had I parcel that was supposed to go to my house it end up going to Nisa. When I went to collect it they said it wasn't there. After long calls with Ervi and UPS (which are charged calls), it turns out that the parcel was there at the tills rather in the back it supposed to be. The package did not hard to miss as they were huge. I wasted time and money with their nonsense. Honestly, avoid the shop if possible, especially for Evri, avoid the trip, and go to town. If I could, 0 stars for this place.

PARCEL COLLECTION - I never choose this shop for parcel delivery. Unfortunately some couriers will drop your parcel here if they don't get you at home.
On 2 occasions, while collecting my parcel & speaking to the shop assistant & giving my details, he has shouted from the other end of the tills, 'she's asking for your name' he does this in front of other customers, he appears to be annoyed that you dared to come in & collect a parcel. I find him very rude & the whole experience is humilating.
There are another couple of lovely shops in the area who will gladly take your parcel. So my advice is to use them.

I'm a regular customer here, spending a decent amount weekly. The manager is really beginning to annoy me. When I'm in this shop my mother usually pays for both of our goods, I buy us lunch from a nearby café and pay for petrol, that's just how we do things not that it's anyone's business but ours, the manager in here LOVES to try and humiliate me, making out I am some kind of charity case. I am a high functioning autistic woman and this manager talks to me like I'm stupid and or a child. He'll ask loudly things like 'Is mum paying today?' Or 'mummy treating you again?'. I know for a fact he will do it again seeing as he obviously can't help himself, and when he does I am finally going to say something and I suspect my mum may do so to. We'll go spend the £50 we spend in here each week somewhere else, there's lots of competition nearby who aren't obsessively concerned about exactly where his customers money comes from. SMH

Terrible management, terrible store. Good selection of goods but if you need to interact with the management then you are truly in trouble. I wouldn?t recommend this store to anyone.

Would give them 0 rate or minus. This is the first but the last time I deal with them as the have a very bad service when returning parcels. I returned evri parcel 20 days ago and they forgot to send it! I went to the shop to track the parcel and they found it still in their storage and not been sent! Again, when I asked them to return the parcel they sent it to my home adress next day! They even didn't knock the door. Just put it in the main lobby of the building with no name or address on it! It seems that they are not scanning the Qr codes correctly. I saw my parcel left on floor suddenly when I enetered the building so I took it and went agin to them asking to return it to the shop I bought from, but they were not able to scan the code or do anything. The QR code was invalid as it has been used incorrectly by them. Dealing with them again means wasting time and losing more money. I wish I read the reviews before I dealt with them. Will not definitely use them for collecting or returning parcles any more.
