That's twice now I've bought multi pack ice cream from there and when I got home it's previously been melted then refroze so the whole box had go in the bin. Either theres something wrong with their freezers, they turn their freezer off overnight or they don't put their ice cream straight into their freezer when their deliveries come in and they only put it in their freezer after its all melted. they've also sold me stuff that have been massively out of date, and when I told them about it the out of date stuff is still on their shelves the next day. Some of their stock can also be on the pricey side, even for a convenience store.It's a real shame and hurts to give them 2 stars because its a good looking store, nice big shop, has a wide variety of confectionary, snacks, desserts and alcohol, and the staff are friendly but they need to sort out their problems otherwise they will loose a lot of customers.

Ordered cigarettes from the snappy shopper app about 8.30pm and no one turned up with them also called the shop to check on order and the attitude was terrible.

I love this shop x evertime I go in there's something new to see . They now have a hot dog machine that is delicious x all the offers are great and stuff that you need and will use x the staff are friendly and helpful and the owner and managers are very good at sourcing items that customers specifically ask for x they are now doing a selection of mini beer kegs but they sell out really quickly so get them while you can next drop on Monday or Tuesday x

I visited this store recently during my visit to Glasgow and was absolutely amazed at how nice the store was and the staff were so friendly. Excellent value and 5/5 for service!

First time I've shopped in this store, it is a clean well stocked shop and all the staff members I encountered were pleasant and well presented.I would recommend all people should at least take a look.Pricing is similar to the other local shops, the major difference is the range of products.It is bright and clean environment with plenty to choose from. Just need to get lift lemon tea.All the best I hope this venture goes from strength to strength.

This is a brilliant store, exactly what the community needed. There is a wide range of fresh foods & produce, huge selection of American sweets and juices and the alcohol prices are really competitive. The deals they run are great aswell and have cut down my weekly shops to bigger name stores. The kids love the ice cream, slushies and Freal machine but my preference is the instore Costa machine.The store itself is always spotless and the staff are really friendly and helpful. They also have a donation box the staff and locals fill with donations to help those who need it which is a truly generous gesture in times like these.
