2 very important letters both with first class stamps on posted in the same post box of Kirkvale Drive Newton Mearns the road you go up to join Old Mearns Road never delivered shameful embarrassing and unforgiving what is wrong with you people. Caused absolute heartache hope your proud of yourselves. Collections major major problem especially in that post box. My Grandson had his placement for School withdrawn because of this. Total and utter disgrace.

Posted a small parcel to Newton Mearns, next day guarantee by 1pm. Tracking showed that stayed in Newton Mearns SO, for 2 days. Took 4 days to arrive .

A parcel arrived to my home and I was in the shower and I miss postman after getting changed I managed to catch up with post man to be greeted rudely and when I proved who I was refused to let me take the parcel because it was in someone's else's name but with my address and then I called customer services of royal mail to be grated evenly more rude

I used to visit this delivery office far more than a reasonable person should (I used to have a mail forwarding business so got a lot of parcels sent to me address). In all my visits, I've only ever seen the one guy working here so I hate to think how many hours he works! This is where you head to collect your parcels if you miss the postie. The opening hours are pretty frustrating so be sure to check the card before heading down - I've missed the 12.30pm closing quite a few times. You aren't allowed to park in their car park anymore so best park on Ayr Road or at The Avenue and walk. It's a small office but service always tends to be quick and efficient. The guy is really helpful and will even look out other parcels which are going out to you if they have them, which is really nice. I've really never had any troubles with this office and don't mind having to head here as it's pretty rare these days. You can also do posting here but you need to pay in cash as I don't think they have card facilities, or you can go into the post office at The Avenue.
