It is unacceptable to take from 8.30 in the morning to talk to the doctor or make an appointment for a child and after you pick up the line at 9 to be told that he does not have an appointment, call tomorrow at the same time and hopefully there will be an appointment for tomorrow and note that I explained that I have neither medicine nor know what to give him and the answer was to go to the pharmacy for advice.

Dr lindsay has been my doctor for years. Shes very understanding, caring and patient and listens to you.She was also my grans doctor who passed away 23 years ago. All doctors in Newhills are good, receptionists and practice manager are also so nice and helpful.

I do think the reception take alot of criticism from people they are doing what they can . Doctor do see patients and telephone calls can help if not emergency during covid it was bad but so was every surgery newhills practice is one of the best in that health centre

My Mums GP practice...not mine. Dr Cole in particular is the epitome of what every good GP should be, kind, thorough, interested and not afraid to get things done. Dr Oates is also very thorough, both having the time to treat and listen to their elderly patients.In comparison to my own South Lanarkshire surgery Newhills are above and beyond. Never had an issue with reception, getting appointments and have always left satisfied my Mums wellbeing was important to them.We can be quick to criticise but can often forget to praise. I am thankful my Mum is under the care of Newhills.

It's an absolute disgrace start to call 8.30 by the time you get threw can't see a doctor too late .the mistakes doctors have made may it be rong date rong name ect went on for years everyone I mentioned it to even receptionists found this hilarious this is a regular thing that no one seams to take seriously HOW CAN I RIGHT ABOUT AN EXPERIENCE WHEN YOU CANT GET TO SEE ANY DOCTOR IAM CLINICLY DEPPRESSED have been threw a bad experience in my private life I can't go outside by myself iam insecure, fear ,paranoidI am currently just existing. Have no family to talk to .it's impossible to see a doctor ANY doctor

doctors are fab dr cole is amazing on point and very suportive helps me understand my phisical health as well as my mental heath i went into to get my meds i have other meds at home i dident understand if i had to take my prevouse meds with the new ones a woman who works in reseption suck the fingers up to me and said no wonder noone wants to help u i was in detress and crying i have this on vidio she took photos of me so i have reported her how do i send they vidios she then came in and asked me to remove the vidio no change were do i send this
