New Look has a wide variety of women's clothing. It doesn't matter if you're a fashionista or a conservative, young or aged, baby, toddler or teenager, there's something for everyone.
However, for guys that enjoy shopping with there ladies, you might find one or two things from the lower floor even though the options are limited.

I wanted to return a pair of shoes ( I think because I am a refugee and hijab girl )
they told you can?t cos you used them, I didn?t use them but I tried and I couldn?t walk with them it was hard for me so decided to return them, everyone knows that even inside the store when you try shoes they will be dusty and writing go that are in the sole of the shoes ,
I think it was just because I am not English or Scottish ( you made me feel like that ) I am so sorry for myself , many times I saw differences between us as a hijab girl and other people ?

Wrong prices marked, staff discreatly remove sale stickers at the till rather than honestly stating it had the wrong tag, rude when asked about this.
Tried to raise it with a member of staff who looked me up and down before ignoring me.
Asked for a manager only to get the same person who was rude to begin with,who ended up trying to shoe me away like a dog

Had what I thought was the nicest member of staff I ever met. He went the extra mile to help me was patient with me and helped me with my app to return an item. He even waited by the door whilst I went outside to get a signal! He was so cheerful and deserves to be employee of the month! Sorry I don?t know his name!

I bought a jacket today and i was very happy with my purchase HOWEVER, when i got home i was showing my mum the jacket i had bought from new look buchanan street glasgow. Then i noticed the security tag was still on said jacket. I have no words to explain how annoyed and frustated this has made me because now i need to take time out of my day tommorow to go back to this shop which i live an hour away from just to get this tag off so i dont walk around school looking like a absolute knobend who has stolen a jacket. EVEN THOUGH I PAID £40 FOR IT. not good.

Not sure what it is with new look anymore. Very hard to figure out how they size stuff now. The styles are quite awful, bland and at times hard to piece with anything else I?m in their shops. Stuff isn?t made to last either and now over priced for what you get. Old time favourite that has died a death
