Usually buy pods online but popped in yesterday (11 Aug) as had some questions re pod sizes, coffee strength etc.
Staff member couldn't have been less helpful as she tried. Clearly couldn't be bothered. Handed me a card and pointed to a desk display of pods and that was it. I asked a few questions and these were shrugged off. Very disappointed
There was another girl serving a customer and she seemed very friendly and informative... wish I was served by her!

Popped in here for some new replacement pods. After a coffee and a very informed and competent chat, left with a brand new machine and aerochino (?) plus loads of pods! What a sales woman in Rachael! Well done...deserves a raise!

Attended taste of summer tasting event today! Was served by Rachel who was lovely! Great coffee knowledge.
Explained I had just ordered a machine and wanted advice on what coffees I should be trying! I?ve left with a a few capsules i wouldnt have ordered on line! Will definitely be back, it?s great to try the different flavours before committing to a sleeve of 10.

I visited the store in December while in Glasgow for the weekend to attend a gig. Since the Aberdeen store has closed, I took the opportunity to pick up some coffee mugs and new pods.
From the moment we entered, I couldn?t shake the feeling that a particular female staff member didn?t want us there, seemingly based on our appearance. She ignored us, was noticeably rude, and even nearly walked into me without acknowledgment. When I asked for assistance, she seemed disinterested, as if I was inconveniencing her. Purchasing a set of mugs felt like a burden to her, and when I inquired about trying one of the new pods, I was told no because the store was ?too busy??despite only one other customer being present at the time.
After being a loyal subscriber for eight years, this experience was enough for me to cancel my subscription, and I won?t be returning. Simple courtesy and good manners cost nothing.

I?ve stopped ordering online and now pop into the shop. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Thanks to Anna and Rach for serving up the lovely tasters and finding coffees to suit my tastes!

I went in with my friend on Wednesday 20/11, 10/10 experience, as soon as went in, we were greeted by James who assisted us the whole time we were there. Very knowledgeable about the coffees and what strength/taste we would prefer based on our taste. Very friendly and welcoming experience from him. He also made us one of the special edition coffees to try which was very kind of him and all in all it was very nice and tasted amazing, wasn?t our usual flavour but it tasted absolutely amazing, so thank you James for making us try something new ?, the whole experience really made our day. Thank you James, we really appreciate your help!!

Omg how long do you have wait for coffee?? The staff are very rude and don't mind skipping the queue as they are too busy enveloped in their own self importance to actually care if people actually have things to do!! Losing will to live and you must be asking why am i still here waiting because they have suckered me into coffee mc that i can only get pods here plus i wouldnt be here if my order had been completed as promised after 3hrs on the phone!! ?????? awful!!

We were in the Shop on Buchanan Street today and the gentleman(Jonas from the Edinburgh Branch) who served us was amazing, knowledgeable, patient and what a pleasure to deal with, he has so much knowledge of the products and wasn?t pushy, we decided to buy a new coffee machine to add to our family of coffee machines
