Usually buy pods online but popped in yesterday (11 Aug) as had some questions re pod sizes, coffee strength etc.
Staff member couldn't have been less helpful as she tried. Clearly couldn't be bothered. Handed me a card and pointed to a desk display of pods and that was it. I asked a few questions and these were shrugged...

Popped in here for some new replacement pods. After a coffee and a very informed and competent chat, left with a brand new machine and aerochino (?) plus loads of pods! What a sales woman in Rachael! Well done...deserves a raise!
