My debit card was stopped for security reasons and my google wallet had been deleted. I had already cut up my old debit card, so only had ID with me. Your staff member Ivan was so helpfull and friendly, and explained the processes that would take place. Have cash now from my account so thank you.

Always really helpful and friendly staff. Regardless of how much is in your account you are made to feel like a partner at the bank rather than an inconvenience. The comfortable, welcoming interior also reflects this. My only feedback would be that somewhere to sit if the queue is long would be really welcome as I've noticed a lot of people queueing at banks tend to be on the older side who aren't comfortable with the newer remote deposit technology etc.

Lovely looking branch, modern style shape.Facilities available for Internet banking and ATM machine inside and outside for withdrawal or deposit money/cheque.The number of people attending customers is less than old days, as most banks now encourage their customers to use Internet and app banking.

Expect your bank account to be frozen for no good reason then access to your funds blocked for well over a month. Suffice to say better try another bank that does not treat their customers like cash cows and held to ransom over some algorithm.
