Micheal, the garage manager, is a brilliant guy and very professional - he is very knowledgeable and makes sure you understand everything that needs to be done on your car, sharing error codes etc. The shop also stays in regular contact throughout the day.I've been to all of the local garages, yet these guys have always done the best job, and to a high standard.Tip: To get through call the number and choose option 1

Went into reception yesterday morning to enquire about a replacement tyre.Two guys behind counter , on their mobile phones with absolutely no interest whatsoever.Couldn?t care less & gave me little info etc - so I just went somewhere else.

Can't fault the staff at NTA Milngavie.Got me back on the road after a miserable time with MOT. Anyhoo, would recommend them and will use again in the future. M

The garage is good, but it is virtually impossible to reach a specific garage by phone, as it seems to be behind the Hallford phone defense shield. I will need to get down to my garage personally to ask something as I cannot get hold of them through the phone.

Near to my home and on a very short notice given me date and time for MOT. The guy at the reception was very welcoming and accommodating in a short span of time for MOT according to my availability. Didn't charge me for unnecessary or fabricated defects in my car and MOT went smoothly.Had to come back for engine oil refilling as it was at the lower third mark. That shouldn't happen in the first place. But many thanks for saving my time.

Car failed MOT and National were unable/unwilling to investigate the issue that same day, leading to me having to take the car away. Communication was poor. A week later, and with no further work, the car passed its MOT at a respected national company with no issues. This was despite them paying close attention to the supposed issue as I had flagged it up to them.Very very unimpressed with the quality of service, and the subsequent waste of my money and time. I would not recommend you take your car here, and I feel foolish for having done so.

Great service from the team had my car in for a service and was done pretty quick I saw my car getting worked on so I know it was getting done apart from that staff are very friendly and helpful and I?m glad National Tyres dose the payment assist due to be short of money and manage to still get my car serviced by paying it up each month works out a treat such a good service from National Tyres ??????????

Such an awful service being run here. Had an MOT booked for Saturday afternoon and got a call two hours before stating ?all testers have went home today?. Unsure why staff would leave when I had booked in and payed £45 up front. Absolute joke.

Last month I went in and booked my car for a service and MOT for today .Was very pleased that I did it in advance. Arrived early this morning 8.30am to be told it wasn't booked in because the manager didn't put it in the system.I am looking after a member of my family who is seriously ill.Yesterday I cleared out my car for its Mot ,I got up at 5.30 this morning to do the things I needed my car for ie shopping and delivering things to family to find that because it wasn't put in the system I have to makes new arrangements with people for today and reschedule and cancel plans for Wednesday. Do the people who fail to put things in the system think about that .

I would avoid. Very mixed in terms of customer service and overpriced. I spoke to two employees, neither of whom gave me their name. One was professional and friendly, the other was uncommunicative and unhelpful. I was quoted a price for a new tyre that was 50% more expensive than my local garage for the exact same product. When I chased up the order, I was told that he'd 'missed the deadline' for ordering from the supplier and I'd have to wait a day longer. I also spent a long time on hold trying to get through to the branch on several occasions. I ended up ordering the tyre from my local garage who could get it for me in 2.5 hours instead of National's 2 days.

The lads were top class. In for a wheel balance and they had me sorted in no time. I didn't realise the extent of the imbalance, I had just bought the car second hand, and the car feels brand new. Even though there were teething issues with the wheels as the previous owners had tightened them too much the boys got it sorted.Thanks again guys
