Had quarter chicken and chips yesterday. Chips were lukewarm and not crispy. Waitress came over to ask how food was and told her about chips, expecting her to say she?d bring me some fresh ones. But no.. she just smiled and glazed over and said she?d let someone know. I then asked a waiter for fresh chips which I got. Never gone to a restaurant charging £15 for a lunch where I have to collect my own drink and cutlery! Chicken was okay but their idea of a quarter chicken and mine are 2 different things. Minuscule amount of meat.

busy Nando's in the Fort Retail park. although the restaurant was busy the food arrived promptly and was delicious.

Compared to other Nandos this one is warm inside. Food was delicious. Dropped by one star as I saw a member of staff chewing their (fake) nails. A bit music would be lovely.

A very special thank you to all the staff for the beautiful flowers received today! All staff most helpful and pleasant its my absolute favorite restaurant and im well known as the Wing Women! Its the best Nando?s to visit and i have been in plenty as its my favorite place. I am completely overwhelmed by everyones kindness my flowers are absolutely stunning. What a great bunch of staff you all are!! I will see you all soon! Xx

I visited here midweek during the Christmas period and did not have to wait long for a table. The staff were immediately so friendly when we entered and continued to provide excellent service - they checked our meal was ok, they had a chat with us when clearing the table and also give us a friendly goodbye. This wasn?t too annoying or over powering just really genuine, so much so that my partner and myself left and both mentioned how great the staff were. So thank you! Also the food was great!

just want to leave a review to say how happy the 2 scott?s manners made me, one was bald one had a beard both brand new guys couldn?t of been any more helpful or kind just 10/10 guys

Ordered half Chicken and got a leg and wing that was the size of a pigeon, obviously someone else ordered a breast around the same time...never again.!!
