Left me standing for a good while and never open another till. Manager had unhelpful attitude. Just miserable and with no warmth. Clueless on customer service. What an example to set for staff! No wings either after I left my hotel and drive 15 mins to get food.
I asked to swap my rewards for wings and told no it?s ?stock manipulation? ! I have eaten in city centre Nandos last three night so have spent £80. Need to step up their game as it?s not exactly a cheap meal. I expect better

I came in the other day and was seated by Dan, he asked for the number of people to be seated, if we had been to Nando?s before (which made us feel very welcome) and if there?s any allergies or dietary requirements. He took the pleasure to ensure the table we were going to be sat at was clean and up to standards. I ordered and was served by Thomas, lovely chap, he always makes sure my order is correct and genuinely cares about the company. Mid-way through my succulent meal, Kirsty came and asked how everything was, which it was! thank you to the grill team (I can only imagine how hard they work especially during the month of Ramadan), and asked if we need anymore sauces or anything else brought over to the table at all. She was bright and smiley and really shows great customer care. Once the meal was finished Thomas came and cleared the table and Mark asked if we would like any desserts or anything at all. Thank you Nando?s Quay for your excellent food and customer care. The world really needs more hard workers like these ones.

Very improved in terms of food quality, but portion sizes still a hit and miss, customer service is great, but wait on tables now is annoying was better when back in the days you could book a table, but appreciate it probably doesnt benefit Nandos with a table booking service they are that busy, but waits again vary from 20 mins to 45, which in the grand scheme of things aint too bad, the water in the machines is always off, and toilets are a hit and miss with cleaniness, aside from that, still will visit, great place, great food and great customer service

We went in today around lunch time, the place was not overly busy so we sat down and ordered. My husband ordered the half chicken and honestly it didn?t even look half of looked like 2 pieces of chicken wings the plate was so empty and on top when he cut in the chicken was pink from inside, wasn?t even cooked properly and the manager said it looked fine to him but went to go get another one. The chicken was off looking. I ordered a chicken pitta and that was cold too. Huge disappointment today in Nando?s especially after going back after ages, we both were looking forward to it but was so off putting.
