Cancelled my appointments by email, get the impression they don't care if you turn up or not. 2 months still waiting on a filling Wow, still think they are in a pandemic and it shows big time, not Happy.

I first attended 7 months ago about a filling in molar and a loose crown at front of mouth. I was seen and told to fill my molar st home! The dentist then had a feel at how loose my crown was and in process loosened it even more! 3 months later I had a temp filling put in and another apt made to fix loose crown. After months of waiting I got an impression taken for a replacement crown. New apt in Feb. Phoned today to say my loose crown has halved in 2)I'm left with a big gap in front told not emergency and need to wait till February!! They already have an impression of my tooth and could get it sooner. The receptionist here is very monotone like a robot, no empathy or interest. I'm basically left with a missing front tooth and a temp filling in molar after attending for 7 months!! COME ON.

The dentist and nurse yesterday couldn?t have done more to put me at ease and ensure my comfort when getting a filling. It can be difficult to get appointments due to current staff shortages just now but with checkups being changed to yearly and staffing improving hopefully appointments will be easier to get as care excellent.

I have been registered with them for years and the treatment used to be okay, however in the recent couple of years it's impossible to get an appointment as I keep hearing they will only take an appointment if it's an emergency. There's apparently no hygienist so check up/cleaning appointments are completely out of the question. What I used to think was a temporary situation is now going on for way too long. Very poor service, don't register with them.

One of the receptionist of Asian persuasion has a real attitude problem, very dismissive, doesn't even look at you when you talk to her,don't know what her problem is.another receptionist left her a note for today and when she told about it she just pushed it aside. Obviously customer relations is not her forte.

They only got two stars because they answered the phone. This practice was no help at all when I called for help with five fallen out filling, only offered me stuff to take home to do the job myself. NEWSFLASH, I?m not a dentist and it more than a home quick fix I needed from them. Totally let down by a practice that should hand their heads in shame calling themselves dentist when they wanted me to do the job for them. SHAME ON YOU. Wish I could add pics.

I have been a patient here for many years and since last year I have been trying to get an appointment only to be told emergency service only. I am seriously needing work on my teeth which will entail my plate to be redone due to my history of gum disease and I?m told the dentist are leaving time after time and i cannot get this treatment done as it?s not available. I have spoken to a friend who actually did get his dental plate changed a few weeks ago strange!!! Can you not advise patients that you no longer provide proper dental treatment and advise them to go to elsewhere the covid card doesn?t work anymore and neither should it?s only emergency are getting seen or the dentists have left. It?s like an old record repeating itself. I notice you only reply to people who praise this service that have been getting treatment. When are you going to be back up and running properly?Update !!! I finally got to see a dentist this month so delighted with the appointment and the outcome my faith has been restored. I hope the practice will keep going forward and be up and running properly with a better appointment system the dentists are so busy just trying to get through the backlog.The staff are under extreme pressure which I witnessed first hand. If they can get another dentist in it will speed up the appointments. In the meantime I am a delighted customer.

Almost always taken on the time of my appointment the dentist explains my treatment and what she's doing very well and under the current circumstances that the practice is experiencing I think she is doing a fantastic job

Don't go anywhere near this practice, I was with them until February this year, I couldn't get an appointment for a check up after the pandemic all I was getting told was " we can't give you an appointment because we're still offering emergency appointments " and that's when I was phoning them every month for over a year until February this year, one of my big teeth at the top left right at the back ( the filling fell out) so I phoned them and again I was told " we're still offering emergency appointments and if you're not in any pain with it then there's nothing we can do" so I had to go and buy a temporary filling and now I've left the practice, I'm now registered with a great dentist not so far away, I've now had the tooth fixed although it took 45 mins, because of the situation I'm looking at having major work done on the rest of my teeth, I'm now having to get 5 more fillings done, so I'm really not happy that this happened to me ( if I'd have been seen by a dentist back in February all this wouldn't have happened

Horrendous experience, in horrific pain and dentist had no clue what to do/refused to prescribe anything for pain. Ended up having to go to GP for pain relief. Will be looking in to moving dentist

Appalling service from start to finish. Dentist lied about referring me, then went on holiday and was weeks later when she took the time to refer my urgent infected dental needs. There is no real care or concern for patients. Staff are rude and highly unprofessional. Tell lies regarding a new practice manager who was highly rude on phone,and was not patient focused AT ALL.Huffing and puffing like a petulant child. Instead of dealing sufficently with patient concerns they de-register you and deflect their own behaviour by claiming the patient was rude.They also laugh amongst themselves when dealing with a patients concerns. Cheap and tacky and highly unprofessional dentist practice. Its the worst iv ever known and this was the way they treated a nervous patient. Will be complaining to Mydentist Organisation and dental ombudsman too AVOID AVOID AVOIDEDIT:I see below Iv had a response recommending I speak to the practice manager... I already did, she is part of the issue. The practice manager tutted and huffed and lied that she had just started that day!! Instead of dealing with the issue, she deregistered me and deflected her OWN shocking managerial behaviour by saying I was rude. Her own attitude caused my complaint. No apology for the lies told by the dentist or the stinking attitude of the staff towards a nervous patient. I have never known worse patient care or custpmer service from start to finish. Staff need training asap if dealing with ANY members of the public.

Temporary filling put in and was told to phone for an appointment when it came out. This was over a year ago and was told I was put on a waiting list. Phoned multiple times and still on this "waiting list". Ridiculous

Mydentist is a very friendly and caring environment from the reception to the dentist chair they are highly skilled and compassionate people I would very much recommend them to anyone looking for place for children to elderly people for dental work and hygienic needs.
