THE best pharmacy I?ve used. Staff were exceptionally helpful when I visited Glasgow and forgot medication. The Pharmacist, James went above and beyond to provide me with the necessary medication and was reassuring and empathetic. A shining example of kindness. Thank you again.

Pharmacy that serves a majority elderly population now won't even wear masks anymore as if Covid is no longer around. Generally also useless unless all you need is a prescription filled as they barely hold stock of anything over the counter and what they stock is often bad quality.Update after response:The government might have ended the mandate, but wearing a mask is still a choice that's up to each of us. The fact that you chose for yourself to give up masking as soon as you were allowed to shows me exactly how much you care for the safety of high risk customers.

Needed a prescription before my holiday that my GP hadnt advised had a manufacture issue and wasnt restocking until a month after my holiday.Called Muirend pharmacy and Lorraine sourced the prescription for me and I had it in my hands within half an hour of my call.Such friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent service. I had a problem with a prescription medicine which Muirend Pharmacy accepted back for safe disposal. The replacement item was available for collection from their automatic dispensing machine on the same day. The alternative medicine (supplied after consultation) has proved satisfactory.

Staff is nice and helpful. The pharmacy is really small though and they don't always have everything in stock.
